How do you ship my order?
We ship by international express parcel EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT, sea and air freight. We also offer an in-store collection service where you can send a pre-paid box or come to our warehouse under the guidance of a sales manager.

How to calculated the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on weight, so the more you buy, the more you save. For example, the EMS Express rate is almost the same whether you send 1 or 5 items. The heavier the parcel, the cheaper the postage per KG.

Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
If your order contains pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items in advance. Once the pre-order items arrive, we will arrange another shipment.
