To implement the document of (No.83 issued by the state council in 2013 ) and the guiding principle of ‘Fujian Foreign Trade Talents Strengthen Business’, to improve the level of institution service and management, guiding foreign trade industries complete transformation and upgrade by utilizing E-business, Fujian foreign trade department held ‘Fujian Foreign Trade System Information Training Course of 2013’ in Putian on Dec.4, 2013.
By training, the trainees can get used to the new requirements international trading development in this E-business age and know more about the developing tendency of E-business. They will also know the target and tasks of foreign trade information, studying the innovation mode of cross-border e-commerce development, renewing ideas and expanding thoughts. The training can also enhance the information management level of foreign trade administrating department.
There are branched leaders and business principals, one in the City’s Foreign Trade Bureau, one inXiamen’s Bureau of Commerce and one in Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone’s bureau. There are also respectively one foreign trade administrating department’s representatives in county (city and district), one office per hall. All these staffs amount to about 100 people.
