On October 26, a group of young self-employed undergraduates visited Shiying Sexy Lingerie Co., Ltd and aimed to learning the business experience from our general manager, Shile Lin. For their better understanding, Shile Lin considerately divided his sharing into three parts: visiting office procedure, themes sharing and interactively asking questions and group photo. To begin with, Shile Lin, the general manager of Shiying Sexy Lingerie Co., Ltd, led the undergraduates to visiting our office environment. He introduced our company’s development, company culture, organizational structure, staff image wall, lohas wall and dream wall.

When stepped into the international B2C department, the undergraduates were interested in the jobs and actively asking questions from the staffs. Of course, our B2C members also were happy to share their experience with the young people.

While visiting our warehouse department, Shile Lin explained the jobs that the warehouse departments engaged in, including stocking up, scanning bills, package, shipments and so on. Every procedure is very important.

The second part brought this visiting into a climax. Shile Lin shared the undergraduates with his business experience. He described his startup time as a flying pig in a heavy hurricane. He said that he was not the best one among the e-commerce circle, but he was lucky. Here are the three lucks he got: Discovery of cross-border e-commerce, earlier to grab this chance”, “Accumulation for a longer time” and “large capacity of cross-border e-commerce market”. Meanwhile, he also analyzed the three dilemmas: “shrinking market and buying behavior change “” rising costs “and” the scarcity of talents.” Facing with the dilemmas, our company took some steps to the innovative developments, including management innovation, strategy innovation, products innovation, service innovation and operation innovation.
